Currently, ZippyBack™ ships within Canada only.

Orders placed with non-Canadian shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within a few business days and shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may still be returned under the 30-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your ZippyBack™, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Once confirmed, Zippy Brands Inc. will ship a replacement at no cost, including shipping.
