ZippyBack™ ships within Canada only using Canada Post.
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below and in our Terms of Service.
Shipping Area
We ship exclusively within Canada.

We do not ship to the United States or any international addresses

Orders placed with non-Canadian shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment
Shipping Carrier & Cost
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping is free within Canada.
Once an order is transferred to Canada Post, delivery is governed by Canada Post’s terms, policies, and service standards.
Business Hours
Our fulfillment and customer support operations run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time / Toronto).
Orders are processed only during business hours. Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, subject to inventory availability.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Once tracking confirms the package has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with Canada Post.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
ZippyBack™ is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but claimed as lost or stolen

Delivery delays once the package is in Canada Post’s possession
If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with initiating a Canada Post claim where applicable.
Replacement is not guaranteed and is subject to claim outcomes and product availability.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement

Returned shipments due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend
Final Sale Notice
All ZippyBack™ products are final sale once shipped.
Shipping does not create or extend any rights to refunds, exchanges, or store credit beyond those expressly stated in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
