30-Day Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your ZippyBack™, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in good condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Made-to-Order ZippyBack™ items are final sale items and not eligible for refund.

Because we offer free shipping on orders, customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping if they choose to return an item.

Returns that show clear signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, Zippy Brands Inc. will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may still be returned under the 30-day return policy, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ZippyBack™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, Zippy Brands Inc. will ship a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen

If an order appears lost in transit, contact us, and we will assist with the carrier claim process, where applicable.
